We bought the higher grade gazebo cover after having a plain one for 3 years. It is so much better and the rain runs off the smooth fabric easily. The rain use to settle in dips in the old one which made it stretch and tear. The new cover was a very, very tight fit but that is what makes this new cover more effective. Very pleased.
