We purchased a gazebo originally from this company and have used the gazebo many times, we bought a replacement roof as the sun had damaged the original one. The replacement is a better quality and the fixings are better too, the only thing that is negative is that it's slightly to big, causing issues if it's up and it rains, massive puddling around the framework.

First class. The material is robust, and the fit is comfortable enough without being baggy. If it pools, I reckon I can sort it out with some pipe lagging, but I'd rather it bowed a bit to avoid stress rips. Plenty of velcro, rings, loops, straps - a well thought out canopy. Customer service has been outstanding throughout. Ashleigh kept in touch and answered every query pleasantly and swiftly. Even the delivery driver was chirpy. Utterly happy to recommend.

Having had the wrong canopy supplied by several companies I contacted these and had a reply in no time giving me details of this canopy. I placed an order which was quickly delivered and it's by far the best quality I've had, better than the original and that lasted about 12 years. The stitching is well reinforced and there's reinforcing material on all the pressure points. It fitted perfectly and looks like it's made to last. It's heavy-weight material so it needs a sturdy frame but I'm delighted with it. And what's more you're kept informed and emails are answered promptly, even when they're on holiday! Highly recommended product and company.

Before purchasing a canopy I messaged Ashleigh at Gazebo Spare Parts asking for some advice. Ashleigh replied the following day providing the answers to my questions which helped me make the decision to purchase a canopy. I must say that when the canopy arrived I was extremely surprised by its quality, it is by far better than anything I had used before. The canopy fitted perfectly. Thanks again Colin
