• A note about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

    We understand that this is a very worrying time for everyone and would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that we are following government guidelines and taking precautions to ensure that we can remain open and keep delivering items to you safely. 

    Gazebo Spare Parts is a small family business (about us) and it has always been important to us to be open and honest with our customers. We will continue to monitor the ever-changing news to ensure we are working within guidelines and if anything does change we will let you know. For now, heading into our usually busy Spring season with lots of people in isolation, working from home or with holidays cancelled, we hope we can continue delivering to you so that you can enjoy your gardens during this time. 

    If you are self-isolating:

    When you place an order you will have the option to leave delivery notes. Please make sure you add any additional information to the driver here such as if you are self-isolating so the delivery driver can take appropriate action. 

    Collecting from us:

    Please note that unfortunately at this time we can no longer have customers collect parcels from us or visit the warehouse for any reason. Please place all orders online and email us if you have any problems. 

    We hope you are all staying safe and well and we urge everyone to think about how we can help each other cope through this time, especially those that are isolated, at risk or without social support around them.
