Generally very good. It was very pleasing to be able to source replacement parts for our 16 year old gazebo. However, having bought 19mm poles and a 19mm 4-way connector I assumed that they would fit together. This was not the case. I had to buy 20mm 4-way connectors as well. You did not offer to replace these items. Returning the 19mm connectors would have cost almost as much as the refund do I didn’t bother. It would be helpful if your web site stated which diameter poles fit into which diameter connectors.
