Introducing our first complete gazebo: the HD40 Aluminum Heavy Duty 3m x 3m — professional-grade performance in a compact, easy-to-transport format.

Engineered for unmatched strength and durability, this heavy-duty commercial gazebo is built around a 40mm square aluminium leg frame, reinforced with 32 x 16mm aluminium cross bars for exceptional rigidity and stability in demanding conditions. Extruded nylon connectors are used throughout the structure, ensuring every connection point is tough, reliable, and designed to withstand long-term & regular use.

The canopy is manufactured from our premium 500D polyester with heat-sealed seams and reinforced stress points, offering waterproof, flame-retardant, and UV-protected performance.

Designed with portability in mind, the HD40 remains light enough for quick setup and pack-down, making it ideal for both commercial and domestic use. This gazebo could be used for a business stall in the week, and then a garden party at the weekend!
