Easy to fit once turned the clips around so they didn’t slip when you sat on the swing. Simple fix that works well

I had to remove the whole seat canvas as it was ripped so these straps are being used without any support. It took ages to figure out why the actual strap material wasn’t gripping in the clips but eventually figured out the “male” part of the clip was threaded upside down. The loose bit of strap needs to be pointing downwards not upwards (see photos). We have put supports on stripy side down as per the manufacturer’s pictures. They seem to be secure but need very regular tightening as they do tend to sag. Not going to complain though as it has rescued my beloved swing and meant I don’t need to fork out for a new one!
